Neutralization assay of recombinant human IL-19 stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line co-transfected with human IL-20 Ra and IL-20 Rß in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by recombinant human IL-19 (3 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of mouse Anti-human IL-19 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23778). The ND50 is typically 0.2-0.5 µg/mL.
